Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Infinium Hair & Skin Care Clinic, we strive for complete patient satisfaction while maintaining strict medical and hygienic standards.
1. Telehealth Consultations
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will receive a full refund.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee (₹499) with no refund.
2. Infinium Home Care Kits (Physical Products)
Due to the hygienic and medical nature of our dermatological products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products once they have been dispatched, except in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- Allergic Reactions: In the rare event of a severe adverse reaction, please contact our clinical team immediately for a consultation and potential protocol adjustment.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (via our secure payment gateway) within 5 to 7 business days.
